Guidelines for uploading ID's

How do I get my Paypal account verified?

The account needs to be verified by Paypal. Please see this page on Paypal's help center, or contact Paypal support in order to get the account verified.

Why should I enable the Two-Step Verification?
If you enable our Two-Step Verification your account gets protected with an extra layer of security. This works in a way that every time you log into PlugRush from a new IP, you will have to enter a code to verify that this is really you accessing your account. In addition to this, you can also control all IPs allowed to log into your account, and you can manually add IPs.
To manually add IPs, please go to: Account → 2-Step Verification → Manually Add IPs

What is photo ID, and why do I have to upload it in order to load funds with PayPal?

In order to load funds using PayPal, you must upload a Government issued photo ID, such as a high quality photo of your drivers licence, or your passport. Scanned images is no longer accepted.  
This is something that has to be in place, for protection from both sides. You may of course remove your personal number or passport number before you upload the document, if you want to.
Once we have reviewed and approved the document, and you have updated your account with your verified PayPal account, you are able to load funds using PayPal.

I did not receive the verification email

If you did not receive a verification email from us, please check the spam folder in your email. If you do not find the email there, please send an email to "mail@plugrush.com" from the email you have registered in PlugRush and ask us to verify your account manually.

How to disable the Two-Step Verification?

We don't recommend that you disable the Two-Step Verification, because then you remove this extra layer of security. But this us up to you, and if you want to remove it, just go to your account, press "2-Step Verification", and "Disable" this option

How can I enable the Two-Step Verification?


Go to: Account → 2-Step Verification → Enable
When you enable this option, we send you a code (either in an e-mail or in a text message). You must use this code to verify your current IP.
Every time you log in from a new IP, we send you a new code that you must use to verify the new IP. 
If you add new IPs manually, we will send you a code that you need to use in order to verify the new IP. 
If you enable the Two-Step Verification you will get a new code each time a new IP is trying to access your account and when you are trying to add a new IP manually.
