What size should the plug thumbnail be?

When you provide a thumbnail for your plugs this thumbnail will be cropped and resized in several default sizes to fit our widgets. Because of this, it is important that your thumbnail is not too small, or it will look stretched and unclear. We recommend that you upload thumbnails with minimum:

Regular Plugs: 240x180 pixels

Gallery Plugs: 180x270 pixels

There is no maximum size. NB! Also note that plugs with unclear thumbnails, thumbnails that look stretched or has borders, graphics or watermarks, will be rejected by our admins.

What is CTR (Click Through Rate) ?

Click Through Rate means how many views it takes to generate one click. If a plug has a CTR of 1:500, it means that it takes 500 impressions/views from visitors, for one unique click. The lower the second number, the better the CTR is. So a plug with a CTR of 1:100 is ten times more clickable than a plug with a CTR of 1:1000.

The easiest way to improve CTR, is to upload a HQ clear thumbnail of your video/gallery/image/etc. You may also improve it by writing a better title and description. But remember that an image says more than a thousand words.

How long time does it take for my plugs to be reviewed?

We receive hundreds of new plugs every day and we try to approve/reject them as soon as possible. As a general rule you can assume that during weekdays, it will take maximum 24 hours to have your plugs reviewed. During weekends or holidays, it should take maximum 48 hours.

Please note that it can take longer, but most likely it will be shorter...

How can I block plugs/ads?

Once you've added a widget to your website, there might be certain plugs/ads that appear that you do not like. You are now able to remove these plugs/ads from appearing on your websites.

First, you need to be logged into your account in plugrush.

Secondly, go to this page to add the plugs you don't want shown:  https://www.plugrush.com/plugs/block

From this moment, this plug will not appear again in your widgets on this website. All your blocked plugs/ads will be listed hereand you may unblock them at any time.

PS! Remember that more than one plug/ad may use the same thumbnail, so sometimes it might appear as if a blocked the same plug/ad appears over again, but in this case it is most likely a different one..

How many plugs can I create?

You can create unlimited plugs for each of your websites. There is no maximum limit.

How do I add a plug?

In order to add a plug you first need to add your website. Once your website is added and verified, you may add plugs to it. Plugs should link directly to content on your website. By content, we mean something like an article, blogpost, game, gallery, picture or video. Plugs to your homepage or pages with links to content will be rejected.

To add a plug, you need to enter a plug url, a title, a description, provide a thumbnail and select one or more categories.

Type: Regular Plugs are for any content, thumbnail should be 4:3 ratio, example 200x150 pixels. Gallery Plugs are primarily for galleries or pictures and thumbnail should be 2:3 ratio, example 150x225 pixels.

URL: The url to the content on your website, example: http://www.mysite.com/videos/sexy-girl.html

Title: The title of your content, example: Sexy Girl Photoshoot

Description: Should describe your content further than the title, example: Hot brunette babe with big tits poses for a photoshoot

Thumbnail URL/Thumbnail File: To provide us with a thumbnail, you need to either upload it from your computer (file) or provide us with a link to where you have it online (url). The thumbnail should be minimum 180x135 pixels for regular plugs, 150x225 pixels for gallery plugs. There is no max size, the bigger the thumbnail, the more easy it will be for you to crop it the way you want. Thumbnails with borders, graphics, watermarks or other annoying stuff on it will be rejected.
