How do I change to a new Payoneer account? 

In order to change your Payoneer account, please follow these steps carefully: 

1. Contact Payoneer here: "http://www.payoneer.com/ContactUs.aspx" 
2. Give them your Plugrush ID number 
3. Tell them you want to switch from your current account to a new account 
4. Ask them for the new Payoneer ID for the account, and give us that ID so we can update it in Plugrush.

Which payment methods do you offer?

Bank Wire:

All Bank Wire transfer are offline transfers. If you load funds, it will take 2-5 days from you/your bank process the payment until it is visible in your PlugRush account. All fees are covered by us.
If you withdraw funds, it will take 2-5 days for the funds to appear in your Bank account after we process the payment. Fees are charged in combination by our bank/your bank and is taken from the requested amount.

Paxum:

All Paxum transfers are online transfers. So when loading funds to us, the money will appear in your PlugRush account instantly. If you withdraw funds from us, the money will appear instantly after we process your request. For loads, fees are either $0.25 (for personal Paxum accounts) or $1.00 (for business Paxum accounts). For withdrawals, the fees are $1.00 USD.

With Payoneer you can withdraw your funds in one of two ways; to a Payoneer Prepaid MasterCard or directly to your bank account with Payoneer Global Bank transfer service.

Prepaid MasterCard: the Payoneer Prepaid MasterCard can be used online, offline and at any ATM that accept MasterCard. Fees are either $2.00 (for standard loads) or $5.00 (for expedite loads).

Global Bank Transfer: this service enables you to receive your payments directly to your bank account in more than 200 countries and 50 currencies. Transfer fees are $2.99 for local transfer and $15.00 for USD Swift.

It is not possible loading funds using Payoneer.

All PayPal transfers are online transfers. So when loading funds to us, the money will appear in your PlugRush account instantly. If you withdraw funds from us, the money will appear instantly after we process your request. The fees for PayPal loads are around 4.5% and the fee for withdrawals are 2% with a $45.00 USD maximum.

Redpass:

All Redpass transfers are online transfers. So when loading funds to us, the money will appear in your PlugRush account instantly. If you withdraw funds from us, the money will appear instantly after we process your request. For loads, fees are either $0.25 (for personal Redpass accounts) or $1.00 (for business Redpass accounts).

Why is my payment request taking so long?

Normally withdrawal requests will be processed within 48 hours, but it might take longer during weekends and holidays.

We also have routines for random checking of transactions, so if yours is picked out for a more thoroughly review, that can also make it take a bit longer.

Can I change my Payoneer account or MasterCard?

If you receive a new MasterCard in your current Payoneer account you don't have to change anything in your PlugRush account. Payoneer will automatically send the funds to the new card if your old card is deactivated. 

If you've registered a new Payoneer account and want to connect it to your PlugRush account, please contact Payoneer Customer Support. They will help you change the account.

Can I get invoices for my accounting?

When you load funds to your account you will be able to download an invoice to use for your accounting. Go to your transactions, find the specific transaction you are looking for and click the PDF icon at the right to download a PDF Invoice.

We will use the information you provide in your account profile to generate this invoice so it is important that this info is accurate and correct at all times.

Is it allowed to load with Payment Option A and withdraw with Payment Option B?

No, this is stricktly forbidden. Plugrush is not allowed to be used as a money transfer system as we do not provide services of this type. Such transactions will be deleted without explaination. After 3 (three) attempts your account may be blocked.
